1. Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We deliver and set up all rental items. Our team handles complete installation—and takedown if requested—so you can focus on hosting without the stress.
2. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving early—especially during peak event months (spring through May, October–December). Same-day or last-minute bookings may mean limited availability or higher fees.
3. Is there a deposit required?
Yes—a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental and date.
4. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If you cancel prior to setup: your deposit becomes store credit for future use. Once setup is complete, no refunds or credits are issued.
5. Can I make changes to my order?
Yes—up to 3 business days before delivery, changes are welcome. After that, restocking or rush-order fees may be applied.
6. Do you operate on grass only?
No—while grass is ideal, we can install inflatables on cement, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Anchoring varies by surface (stakes on grass; sandbags for hard surfaces). Please let us know your surface at time of booking.
7. Are inflatables safe and cleaned?
Absolutely. Each inflatable is professionally sanitized after every use and thoroughly inspected. All units are crafted with safety features—netting, fire retardant materials, proper anchoring—and guidelines are reviewed before use.
8. Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
Certain units support water use. We can supply a short extension hose, but it may not reach spigots located far away. Please inquire during booking.
9. What are your rental hours and duration?
Setups typically occur between 7 AM and 11 AM, and pickups after 7 AM the next day. Standard rentals cover full-day use—from setup through the event.
10. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and checks (pre-arranged). Online bookings require the 50% deposit; remaining balance is due before or on the day of delivery.
11. Do you offer free delivery?
Delivery may be included depending on your location and order size—residential deliveries within select areas may qualify for free delivery.
12. What if it rains or weather is bad?
Inflatables won’t be set up if it’s too windy. For rain, cancellations before setup result in deposit credit; after setup, payments are non-refundable.
13. Is insurance provided?
We’re fully insured and can furnish proof upon request. If your venue requires it, we’re happy to provide additional insured documentation.
14. Any additional charges or hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. Delivery, setup, routine anchoring, and standard gratuity are included. Rush fees may apply for last-minute bookings.
