Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all of our rental items. Our professional team will ensure that your rentals are delivered and set up according to your specifications, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
How far in advance do I need to book my rentals?
We recommend booking your rentals as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, so we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
Can I make changes to my rental order after it has been confirmed?
Yes, you can make changes to your rental order up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.
What happens if something gets damaged during my event?
Accidents happen, and we understand that normal wear and tear is to be expected. However, if any items are damaged beyond repair or are lost during your event, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for more information on our policies regarding damaged or lost items.
